I know my Grandmother, Carrie Edna Luce, Drums and was and lived in Cherokee Nation, Oklahoma. I can find no birth records for her or her siblings. Her mother was Ella Drum who married Robert Luce from New York. My Grandfather was Hallie Thompson who is a registered full blood Cherokee.
The Drums and Thompson families were neighbors in Cherokee Nation and later both moved to Maiz, Okla. How can I find my grandmother without knowing her Cherokee name?
